The slippers work great but batteries only last about 3 hours. They included a duel head cable cord to charge but only one side of my cable works. I contacted vendor but no response. Amazon only offered a return no help contacting the vendor. I dont want to return because they do heat up nicely. I guess I’ll just have to hunt down another duel head charger cable.

Battery stopped taking a charge :( lasted about a month of occasional use. It would be cool if we could use any power brick but the heating connection isn't usb. Anyway. Waste of money.
