Quite sturdy. Holds my truck topper well.
These clamps for me, did an excellent job, holding down my truck topper. I bought some 3/8 inch thick high density foam to go between the truck and the truck topper. These clamps seem to pull it down for a good solid, secure fit. Reading some of the reviews, it was mentioned that the clamps need to be tightened every once in a while. I have not had to tighten mine at all, but it’s only been about a month. If I had to change anything, they would not stick into the truck as much as they do. It’s really an insignificant issue .

Extremely pleased
I ordered an RCI Offroad bed rack for an upcoming trip and was not impressed with the C-clamps they sell, so I searched for something better. Considering all the reviews and ratings, I located these on Amazon and decided they might be worth a shot. Buy with confidence. It's super easy to install. While RCI sells these in sets of 6, I decided considering the sizes, to install 2 ea leg for a total of 12. Very pleased.
