Good product
I've used these in the past and found they generally work pretty well. Some things to note: When the crystals turn into the gel, it makes the headbandoo "puffy" which can make it challenging to tie around your neck or head. Do not expect the band to remain flat. I don't know about several days of relief but the cooling action does last for about 24 hours. At that point I find I have to rewet the bandoo. You may need to flip the band over on your neck/head as the cooling sensation is reduced by the contact with your skin. Flipping it over puts the cooler outside next to your skin and lets the "warmed up" part (for lack of a better term) cool down again.All-in-all they serve the purpose which is to keep me a little cooler if I'm working outside in the heat or going to an outdoor function when it's hot or even if I'm just flashing (which those of us of a certain age will be able to understand :)). It's not going to make you feel like you are in air-conditioning so don't look for that much cooling but it does help.

Keeps me cool around the collar!
This attractive, sporty-looking neck band keeps me cool and perspiration-free around the collar during hot days on the golf course. I keeprotating it as it warms up around my neck to keep the coolness going. A real lifesaver for outdoor activities on a hot day!
