This is what I was looking for. I went to all the convenient stores and could not find anything to straighten your hand out. I use alot of power tools and wrench alot. So my hand is always at a closed position. It was getting to the point where I would wake up at in severe pain in my hand and forearm. I needed something to keep my hand open as I slept. This hand brace seems to work. My hand feels better and I can sleep soundly now. It works for me. I would recommend this to anyone who's hand gets stuck at the closed position.

This was purchased for my husband after a stroke that made his right hand curl up along with all his fingers. After only one days use his fingers were straightened & flexible! His therapist highly recommends it after seeing it work. But he must use it every day. Dont know the long term effect yet.

Love the idea! It serves its purpose. However the Velcro rubs on the skin and is irritating.

This training board is well built but the finger straps are too small and makes it very hard to fasten around the fingers, even those of a child. I wouldn't purchase for that reason. If you're training contractures in the fingers you will not be able to close the straps around them and the finger straps are not adjustable.

I’d like to use this but the hand plate is huge, far too large for my hand, and I think it will get in the way of sleep. I’ll exchange it if a smaller one if available. It seems sturdy and well-made.

Good but more explanation on detailed usage and exceptions if any needed

I clench my hands at night and it's giving me carpal tunnel. I'm wearing these at night and it helps activate other muscles. Now I don't clench as much, so I'm going to continue to wear them.
