I had read all the reviews before ordering this product, and yet couldn’t believe how painless & convenient it is. I actually regret taking so long to getting it. I was bleaching facial hair before. It is easy to assemble - insert battery as per the instructions. Build quality is good - not great but not bad either. It’s perfect for its utility & convenience. Noise levels are “normal” like an electric toothbrush kind. I used it for upper lip fuzz & the random chin hair. It’s worked great for both. Size is great. One can carry it in purse & take along anywhere. Since it works on AAA battery, it will be super convenient on travels as well. I do think it’s a great value for money though I haven’t had it long. I would recommend!

Love, love, love Flawless. I have been using these for many years now and had to replace one because the head got lost. They made a couple of design upgrades on this newer model and I like it even more. Easier to clean out without the blades falling out of the head. Every woman post-menopause needs one of these, even if you think you don't! Nobody is going to tell you that your face is getting furry, or that you have a chin hair, or a mustache that looks like Tom Selleck... but you probably do! This takes care of it all painlessly without hair growing back harder or thicker. I promise. My 17 year old daughter uses it weekly too. Just don't use it on your underarms. Ouch.

How was the item ? As described. I got them for my wife.... She has been using this brand and this type for several years. While cleaning the one,, this one replaced.., a little spring in the head flew off and we couldn't find it. Just one of those things tiny springs will do, if we are not careful and prepared for its decompression when taking apart the head to clean it,, or when replacing the rotating cutting blades.........which by the way is possible with this item. Battery life has always been good... The size, good, it's shave effectiveness, good. Oh,, and we (I) opted for the one which operates with the regular replaceable batteries. Why ? Just didn't want to deal with another charging cord and power supply....FYI: After we received them ( I ordered 2 of them ) as I was headed into the backyard patio, I stopped to adjust the area mat that's just inside the sliding patio door. As I moved the mat off the guide rails,, what do I see ? Yep, laying right next to the rail is the spring...tiny, tiny spring... Me being the "pack rat" and to many times, saving this or that,, because I just know that in the future I'm going to need a part from this or that to use on something else, had saved the shaver. So, I now have a complete 3rd shaver.

I am fortunate to have blonde hair so I haven’t had any issues with unflattering facial hair previously. Now that I’m getting a little bit older, some of that hair is coming in darker and there’s more of it so I needed to do something. I was unsure how close this would get or if it would be painful, but it works like a charm. It’s very easy to use, gentle and remove the hair for about a week.

This was good while it lasted, battery life must be good since it outlasted the machine itself, size was nice since I could just pull it out of a purse when needed, build felt nice, and it gave a close shave, but I bought it in January, didn’t start using until march since I was mid move, and now in June it’s already stopped working. I use it 1-2x a week. So expect less than 6 months of life.
