I had received the article eye shadow palate in worst condition....product is damaged or may b used..in 9 bloks 5 are totally empty...I m very disappointed

Ordered this product 2 times as the first one was defective and broken .. the second which was replaced was also damaged and Amazon refused to return my order which was very disappointing
