Q: Are the edges of this stictched? Some pictures show stitching and others do not. I want to be able to cut this to fit my desk.

Hello, all colors of table mats are stitched around. The picture may not reflect it. We have 47*23in, 47*17in, 35*17in, 31.5*17in, and 23.6*13.7in. I hope you can find the right size. You may want to cut all the way around if you're cutting. Can you tell me the table dimensions? I might be able to give you some options for table mat sizes that are more or less the right size.

Q: Can i use dr erase markers on it?

When I saw this question I thought, great idea! I had to go try it out. I am a crafty person so I had pens on hand. Here is my assessment. I would 'only' use chalk markers, these are different than a dry erase marker. Chalk pens are water based and was easily removed. I let it dry then took a damp cloth and wiped it clean. Then rinsed and repeated, good as new. *Note, there are 'pores'/ hills&valleys so to speak in the leather and the white chalk paint pen does go into it when writing. Because it's water based it was quite simple to wipe clean. Hope this helps.
