With all that beating around the bush, I think it's safe to assume that the ingredients that are "carefully sourced from around the world" are not actually put into capsules here in the United States. I wish they would specify where they're manufactured. That being said, this is a solid dosage of guava leaf with black pepper to help with absorption at a fair price for a 60-day supply.

I was having an issue with being regular after a lifetime of not having any issues. I was skeptical about taking this (Guava Leaf Extract), however, after about a week of taking one capsule a day I’m back on track and feel great.
