Nice taste
Very nice quality like icing sugar. The flavor it's not too strong. I used a lot for my baking.

better than sugar
simply better than sugar because it tastes as good, has the same consistency/texture, but has no calories and is non-glycemic. truly miraculous stuff. I imagine this is what the popular Swerve sweetener tastes like, but at a fraction of the cost (in UK, Swerve's price is heavily marked up). Swerve uses "oligosacchrarides" to boost the sweetness of the Erythritol base, while this product uses good old Stevia to do the same. I was using another stevia/erythritol mix sweetener before this one and it just tasted too strongly of that kind of nasty stevia flavour. This product dosen't have that, it's flavour is perfectly balanced. With this I don't think I'll ever even want to go off keto. Buy it!

It tastes like sugar, but isn't metabolised. Very expensive.
This stuff is WAY more expensive than sugar, but as it isn't metabolised, it works with my ketogenic diet. It tastes exactly the same as sugar. Lovely on strawberries.

Best like for like sugar alternative
I use this and the white and brown sugar varieties. They are not the cheapest but are definitely worth it with regards to taste and versatility

Great product.
Love this stuff. It seems to behave exactly like normal icing sugar? Have used it for icing on low cal cakes and the family all enjoyed it. Not cheap so I use it sparingly but as a baking lover trying to lose weight this allows for an occasional treat. Please beware that it is a sweetener so does not taste exactly like icing sugar. I’ve only used it for flavoured glacé icing on top of cup cakes so far but I will be trying other recipes.

Odd after taste.
Has an odd after taste. Looks and makes up like icing sugar though, shame it defeats the object to make it with butter!

It makes great frosting
When using it’s important to remember it isn’t going to taste like sugar frosting you’ve always known, having said that I was amazed at how nice it really was. Very easy to use, but with everything to do with home baking that’s sugar free the price is a little too high to use all the time, so for me a treat every so often

The best icing sugar substitute out there
So far this has been the best substitute for using sugar that I have found. My husband and I are following keto lifestyle and I love baking and di not think this would be as easy on keto. But thanks to this little find I am able to make buttercream or cheesecake that you would not be able tell apart from the real thing.
