Very good screen. Has actually not been a problem since replacement.

I had purchased the item just over a month ago to replace the screen for a client of mine. My client came back a few days later and showed me that the screen no longer worked with his screen protector and case, of which I thought was caused by combining the screen protector and the cases plastic film (otterbox styled case). My client went as far as to completely remove, and virtually destroy, his otterbox cover to prove that it still didnt work. I took it back, removed the screen protectors, unplugged the screen and reassembled it, but experienced more dead zones on the screen. I contacted the seller, of which had told me that they would send a replacement screen and would then have me send the defective screen, but a month later, I still have yet to see anything. My client is now unable to use his phone whatsoever and I am stuck paying the bill for a new screen from a different seller. Do not buy this item.

Screen made phone continuously restart. Took the phone forever to power back on also - Sat at apple logo for a long time (5 mins) and had to do a hard restart to get it to work. Once the home screen finally came up after about a minute of use the phone would restart. This happened each time the phone came back on. I bought a screen from a different vendor and installed it on the phone and it works perfectly. I bought several of these screens to have a few on hand and now the return window is closed so I doubt I will get to see my money back. Go somewhere else for an iPhone 8 screen.

Actually no. It was a defective screen. I took it to a place call cellaris screen repair and they put it on for me but it wouldn’t work. I wound up paying 60$ for a new one from their store the next day after taking my phone back in.

I have to retype several times due to poor responsiveness of the screen. I would not recommend buying this product.
