This thing is solid and works great. I did use the screws that were in my truck already and not the ones included, the thread looks a little different. When tightened down, the phone mount is very solid and the charging pad holds the phone very strongly and I've had no wireless charging issues. The rubber piece included fit perfectly. I know some people said theirs didn't fit right, possible different models/trims have a different cubby size.

Bottom part of the phone holder itself broke screws came out other than that. Great product will not hold my phone. It’s an iPhone 16+ but with the military grade case.

Fit perfectly on a 2021 RAM 3500 BigHorn Dually.I kept the original screws and it worked out without a problem.

I purchased this item the fall of 2024 so I've used it many times since then. I was looking for something to hold my phone so I could see it easier than having to hold it, if necessary. I don't use my phone while driving but needed to be able to see it. This item is high quality and easy to assemble. It swivels in many different positions so I can move it out of the way of being able to see my screen. I've never had to retighten it and has never loosened up due to any vibrations while driving. The price for the money is worth the price. I highly recommend purchasing this product.

Has great holding strength and also holds an S24 ultra with a thick case very securely but the mounting hardware supplied for the two screws to mount it to the dash are not the correct thread pitch or type so of you plan on fully securely mounting be prepared to either go to the hardware store to get the correct thread type hardware or fulled and eliminate the chance to use the stock hardware ever again. The screws supplied will expand the hole and force the threads to go from a meduim/fine thread to a super coarse style thread.
