Great Product and Easy Setup !
The Good : This product is super easy to setup and use. The steam unit is very simple with on/off and +/- on both the timer and heat settings. I didn’t know what to expect, but this gets pretty hot! There is also a small window that can be opened in the front to get some cool air to your face while you sweat buckets. For a foldable sauna, the quality of this is very nice and for the money, it was an easier investment to see if I’d use it consistently. Starting or ending the day with a session has been very relaxing for me. Highly recommend it !The Bad : The only negative for me was the size chair this unit comes with. It’s a kids foldable lawn chair. Luckily, the larger size foldable lawn chair fits and gives enough room for a comfortable experience but it is an additional expense you may want to keep in mind.Overall I love this product and highly recommend it !

Great product and worth the money!
I was very sceptical about purchasing this product. I looked through the owners manual and it really didn't explain very well about how to set it up, but I figured it out I believe. After setting it up I turned it on and waited for it to heat up. It took a few minutes to start producing steam, but when it did it was great. It gets very steamy and hot Inside. I maybe was in the sauna about 5 minutes and the sweat started pouring out of my pores. This product works very well. Pays for itself versus paying to go to a sauna for a steam bath. What's also great is you can do it in the privacy of your own home. Highly recommend this product.

Fast
Very fast and easy setup just what I was looking for. Only 4 stars due to a little safety matter. My daughter used it and while she was in it was not heating very well so I noticed that steam was coming out the top. She had not turned the lid when she started so I fixed it for her while she was in side. The steam could have very easily burned an infant or anyone for that matter. Should be a safety device on lid so it would not start unless locked would work. Hope this helps someone.

Works as intended
Nice! Got this for my husband and im really impressed. I tried it inside my garage first time. Mind you its like 35 degrees outside so its cold in my garage. The indoor sauna got nice and toasty in less than 10 minutes. If you are 5’8 and under the small tent works great. Its just big enough to sit inside. If youre taller than that, def get the bigger tent!

You will sweat and save money!
I’ve dreamed of having a sauna but I can’t afford a fancy one from Costco. I bit the bullet and got the medium sized one and it works just as good if not better than any other sauna. Set up is easy and materials seem durable. Once it warms up (about 8-10 minutes) you will start sweating in 5 minutes. There are little windows to watch TV and the unit is quiet. If you’re wanting the sauna experience on a budget, get it! You won’t regret it.

Cheap Materials and Poses Safety Risks - Not Worth It!
The plastic steamer being placed inside the tent is a major safety concern, as the steam reaches extremely high temperatures—this design choice feels completely counterintuitive…Additionally, the silicone or rubber pipe that connects the tent to the machine gets dangerously hot, posing a burn risk. After just one use, I noticed a white, chalky residue (likely limescale) forming on where the tubing and machine meet, which is concerning for long-term durability. Folding the tent back into the compact circle is frustratingly difficult, and the material feels fragile, making it seem prone to breaking. The included chair is incredibly uncomfortable and is suitable for the size of a toddler, not an adult. Setup is unnecessarily complicated due to the tubing and pipe system, which lacks clear instructions. Overall, this product is more trouble than it’s worth and has serious design flaws. Very disappointed.

Poor instructions but works
The media could not be loaded. We purchased this affordable sauna for some easy home detox. The little tent was very easy to set up and most of the installation of the various parts is intuitive IF you understand the concepts of how the unit should work. It probably only took us 5-8 minutes to get the tent set up and things connected. (See video)HOWEVER, the instructions are not great. There are pictures and somewhat inadequate written descriptions of what to do, but as a whole, the directions are pretty bad. AT NO POINT, do the directions say to add water to the little heat pot, which is essential if you want steam for your sauna or for your sauna to work at all. It does finally say, "add water again" in the troubleshooting section of the manual, but it did not say to add water in the first place. Should you know that water goes in the stainless steel container? Of course! But should the directions tell you the best point in your setup, and tell you how much to add, and whether or not distilled or tap is better? Absolutely! I just found it comical that they did not mention the water at all. ")All this being said, if you understand how a sauna works, the setup is mostly intuitive and it works well. The little readout on the machine is quirky but fairly easy to understand. (The timer is the two numbers on the left and the power level, 1-9, is on the right.) It takes about 15-20 minutes to warm up and get the steam going so once it is all set up and running you have time to go get a drink of water, change into whatever you are going to wear and get a towel ready. I like to turn it up to 8 or 9 for 45 minutes and when I get out I'm soaked. You may want a towel for you and a towel to stand on when you get out.I am 6'1 and just shy of 200 pounds. I have to stoop/crouch to get in the tent but once I am sitting on the stool, I can sit up straight. A normal sized chair would be too short. The tubing that runs to the little steam dispenser inside the tent is very hot once the machine and steam are running so be careful of where you place it. I do not have enormous feet but I still have to be very mindful of where I place them to avoid the hot tubing. We are mostly happy with the purchase. It was priced very affordably but you do get what you pay for. With a little care, this should last at least a few months or even a couple years. I find that I use it at least 2-3 times a week so far and enjoy the experience and the results. A bigger unit would be more comfortable but for the short duration I am inside, I am glad I went with this lower cost unit for my first sauna.

Great pop up steam tent
Great little pop up steam tent for short people. Easy to assemble and gets very steamy. I put mine in an outdoor sunroom and that works. It sweats a lot so I wouldn’t put it in the house because of all the moisture.
