Follow the instructions!
Use as directed and it works perfectly. If the first attempt doesn’t work due to label age or strength of adhesive just repeat the process until it works. Don’t rub excessively, let the remover soak in.Very happy with results.

Use a different scraper
The compound works well but the scraper is flimsy and not up to the task. Use a stronger one, like a windscreen ice scraper, and you'll be fine.

Useless
Tried to get a sticker off glass. I had better results with hot soapy water. This stuff made no impression. Useless and a total waste of money.

Easy to use. Works. Not sure it’s value for money though as bottle quite small.
