We don’t deserve these!
EDIT - NEW:The customer service is SO fabulous. I was taken care of with kindness and promptness. I've got what I ordered now!EDIT:On my next order 3/3/19: return policy is needed after all. Just dropped $50 on birthday cake 24 pack and received the chocolate chunk instead. Just tried them and they are not as good as the cake flavor in my opinion...the cake is just SO good.I’ve been wanting to try these for a good month now. Them being available on Amazon is definitely a game changer because of the shipping and of course return policy just in case.Return policy not needed. Ordered on a SUNDAY at 3pm. Standard 2 day shipping. Got excited the next day and checked for fun. THEY WERE DELIVERED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER BEING ORDERED ON A SUNDAY! Ok, impressive.Let’s move on to taste... wow. I’ve been vegan for about two years and these might be my new favorite sweet snack. Birthday cake used to be my favorite flavor before I stopped eating dairy and these marked all of my checkboxes. They’re soft like brownies, just the right amount of sweet, and of course they’re pretty darn healthy for being a dessert.10/10, you’ve got a customer for life!

Great tasty, snack, needs just a little more cake flavor.
I’ve been dying to try these! As soon as they were available, I bought them. I already know this brand is delicious and works hard to bring allergy friendly products. The white chocolate chips save this flavor, so delicious. The only reason thing I would say is the brownie itself isn’t very flavorful. It needs more of a vanilla cake or birthday cake flavor. Still a great treat!

Half Perfect
I have a perfect storm of food allergies that made these cookies seem like a godsend for me. I'm allergic to eggs, peanuts and tree nuts, also diabetic, have diverticulosis, and cannot tolerate most sugar substitutes, which means that most allergen friendly/vegan options are not for me for one reason or another. Plus, I live with someone who is gluten free. I was incredibly excited to find these cookies that we actually can eat and which had pretty decent reviews. I wasn't sure what flavor to try, so I went for the birthday cake and chocolate chip combo. The birthday cake cookies are amazing! They taste like eating cookie dough, with none of the weird Play-Doh texture often found in this type of cookie. I also loved that they were diverticulosis friendly, given the 3g of fiber per cookie. However, the chocolate chip cookies were a big disappointment. They definitely do have that weird aftertaste that you sometimes get with allerge and friendly cookies especially the soft ones. Don't know if the oil is more noticeable in those, or if it's a function of the kind of chocolate chip that they use, but it was a big difference in quality. I was also a little disappointed that the Box only contained 4 cookies, but that's my own fault for not reading more carefully. I bought a bunch of different varieties to tape tab, so it'll be a while before I need to reorder new cookies, but when I do the birthday cake box is definitely on my list! I would say no matter how much you love chocolate chips, give that variety a miss.

Disappointing
First they shipped the box of cookies in an envelope so by the time I got it, the box was destroyed. I thought these cookies were a vegan gluten free flour based cookie but instead they’re wet like pressed cookie dough. Have a soft dough like consistency. The sweetness made it edible but the flavor and texture were off putting. I originally saw this on paleomg who usually recommends great products but this one felt like an advertising payday. Maybe the chocolate products are better since they have a fudge like texture to match the flavor. Now I have to find 11 people to give these cookies away to without losing friends.

Finally a cookie that I can eat
I found out a couple of years ago that I was allergic to everything. I started baking my own cookies and breads with chickpea flour. This is the first cookie that I have found that is made with chickpea flour and no tree nuts, no peanuts, no wheat flour, no soy, no eggs, etc. And they actually taste pretty good. Close to the cookies that I make.

The chocolate tastes like it has too much preservative in it.
Read my headline. The birthday cake tastes pretty decent.

potentially inconsistent?
I couldn’t decide between birthday cake or chocolate chunk so I decided to get the variety box and when I had the birthday cake out of the variety box it literally tasted exactly like a cupcake (in my opinion) it was amazing! so once I finished those 2 I then ordered a box of just the birthday cake ones and they all taste like berries? All four of them…. they were absolutely horrible and kind of stung my tongue. I had to throw them out - I’m scared to order again and have them go to waste but I do see that they carry other products and for somebody that’s pretty much allergic to everything I don’t have many options when it comes to pre packaged food so I am going to give a couple of their other products to try !
