CrocsWomen's Getaway Platform Sandals

First, I have to say that I ordered these for me, but my teen daughter saw them and asked if she could have them. They are incredibly comfortable...as in, I didn't realize they could make a platform shoe that is both cute and comfortable. The Crocs logo is small and on the outer strap, plus it's embossed in the same color as the shoe so it blends in without being obnoxious. It's mostly all one piece...no seams to rub and irritate your skin. The only part that doesn't seem to be part of the single mold is the strap that goes inbetween the toes. The tread on the bottom is good, and there's even a little ripple on the sole to keep your feet in place while you walk. The color is trendy and pretty. You can't go wrong with these!

This is a super cute and comfy shoe. It didn't get 5 stars because the strap is super loose. If I sized down one I think the shoe would be too small. Keeping shoe because of comfort.

They're cute, a little bigger than normal. Not sure than you can go a half size down. But they're good to go.

Full transparency this is a brand that I have enjoyed for many, many years and have a number of different styles of sandals from this brand. I find that they are very long-lasting and these should be suitable for a very long time. These are a traditional sandal with a toe separator at the front so something like a flip flop but on a platform. There is no apparent tab on the bottom side of the sandal that often pulls through on flip flops. There is a nice tread on the bottom of the sandal. Normally I wear a 7 ½ so ordered an 8 because these come in whole sizes and are just a tiny bit long on me suggesting that they will fit perfectly on a size 8 women’s. For me the width is very comfortable and I would say it’s average to wide so if your foot is very narrow these may not suit you. The large strap that goes over the arch of the foot is forward enough to allow for easy walking without restriction of my instep. I think if you have a higher instep this will work well because the V part of the strap is far enough forward to allow for full mobility of the foot from one step to the next. The strap that goes over the top of the foot is fully integrated into the bottom of the shoe.The sandals add over an inch of height because they are platform sandals they are very comfortable to walk in. They are very lightweight. The shade of the sandal is a matte black. I would wear these with a long skirt or a short skirt or shorts for a casual afternoon. I was very excited to try these flip-flops as I find all Crocs footwear incredibly comfortable. These flip-flops are no exception. I wear a size 8.5 in most shoes and sized up for these, as instructed by the product description. The fit is great.They feel soft and comfy when walking. The thong design is not uncomfortable at all as it can often be when you first get a new pair. The platform gives me a nice boost in height and it is the right height. It definitely doesn't look tacky like some other platform pairs.The black sandals can be dressed up and down. I already see myself wearing these all summer long.
