Love this book! As a fan of over 30 years, it's the best have ever bought on Madonna. Wittily written by an adoring - but not uncritical - super fan, it's completely packed with interesting facts had not heard before along with new interviews (and is nothing like a Wiki entry as stated in the 'One Star' review). Often hilarious, brilliant to dip into for a daily Madonna fix, with great selection of photos and lovely illustrations by Alejandro Mogollo. May seem expensive at first glance, but absolutely worth every penny.

As a huge Madonna follower a book like this is pure gold. Full of facts, figures and brilliantly written information! Well worth the money!

I've been a fan of the Queen of Pop for over 30 years and I've never bought a better M book than this. It's a massive (580 pages) A-Z of everything Madonna related, packed full of fascinating facts, rare pics and exhaustive detail. It may not be cheap but I promise it's worth every penny to the diehard fan. Surely even Madonna would love this...

Utter joy! Matthew Rettenmund has revamped his Encyclopaedia Madonnica for its 20th Anniversary and it is joyous. Every song she has ever released has an entry; there are amazing pictures, reviews, analysis, anecdotes and interviews. A must for any Madonna fan and an absolute love letter to one of the greatest icons of our time.

A must have for fan of the pop Queen; the best book out there, like a Madonna Dictionnary! Love it!
