Dreadful edition - avoid
Where to start...1. Only the second treatise is here, despite the title saying both are included.2. No contents page, which I guess doesn’t matter because there are...3. No page numbers!4. No title on the spine5. Printing errors throughoutThis is hands down, the very worst edition of any book I’ve ever had the misfortune to hold in my hands. Everyone involved in producing it should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

In the introduction, it says that treatise one " is a mere weariness of the flesh. . . " and after 60 pages I can confirm that. The second though is a whole lot more important, not only as philosophy but also political history. That said it be must kept in mind the period,(1690) and therefore the attitudes he reflects.

Ripoff - avoid
This bears no relation to any of Locke's writings. It is a clumsy paraphrase which results in end-to-end gobbledygook. I regret buying it and urge customers to avoid it like the plague. I also recommend that Amazon remove this fraudulent item from their website.

Empirisicm: For Better or for Worse.
A man of his age who changed the thinking of that age. In some ways for the better but, sadly in other ways for the worse.

Bad print, don't buy this (CreateSpace)
This print only contains a few chapters from the second treatise of government. It's also awful to read since the whole text is in one paragraph.I'm talking about the reprint published by CreateSpace. Avoid it.

Printed by Amazon and unfortunately could have done with some quality control, there are some typesetting errors such as what looks like a missed chapter heading for chapter 3

disappointed.
This version of the book only contains the second half! It's called 'Two' Treatises of Government, only the second treatise is there, disappointed.

Missing Treatise
This edition only includes the Second Treatise. It does not have a contents page, page numbering, sections are not separated but instead are just in one-paragraph print. DO NOT BUY!!
