My partner wears dentures, maintaining cleanliness has always been a priority in order to improve their long-term structure etc, but it’s not always easy and a lot of the stuff we have tried is hit and miss. I decided to give this a try as its something new for us and overall, I’ve been quite happy with the results.Dentures come out noticeably cleaner, especially in the small crevices where brushing doesn’t always reach - I can see a clear difference, with stains and buildup almost completely removed. I also used it for cleaning a few other small items, like my engagement ring, and the results were equally good. However, for tough stains or really old buildup, you may still need to manually brush or soak for extra cleaning.Overall, we've noticed a positive difference in our daily denture care routine. It’s effective, easy to use, and decent value for money. The only minor drawbacks are the noise and slightly limited size of the cleaning chamber. Happy with it overall and happy to recommend.

Great for cleaning retainers

I already own another type of these devices but I found it too small to do larger items and had hoped this would accommodate my glasses.Although it's deeper, the width makes it impossible to fully fit glasses inside. The reason why I'm on about glasses is due to the images in the advert. It suggests they can be cleaned in it and should be changed.I tried using this with my glasses halfway out and doing each lense separately, it didn't work as well as I expected. It took zero dirt and grime off the glass but it did deep clean the nose pad area.For smaller items such as jewelry, keys or watches it works ok but I'm still undecided on how well it cleans.It's simple to use, just out the items in with clean water and close the lid (you can keep it open if you're doing larger items as mentioned above). With the lid closed a light is produced, I'm not sure if this is UV or just a coloured feature, this doesn't emit when it's open.You can press the button once for five minutes or press again for ten minutes. You can also add a bit of detergent to loosen the grime.I'm giving it a three due to the advert image showing glasses when they don't fit.

Lasted only a couple of months before breaking. Cheap and poor design. Should have bought a more reputable, quality one. Avoid

While it may not have met my specific needs for cleaning tarnished silver, I believe it could still be a handy tool for cleaning other items, such as razor blades and other intricate items which may need cleaning and a brush would not be effective.Overall, this ultrasonic cleaner could be a simple and effective solution for those looking to clean jewellery, as long as their needs do not extend to removing tarnish from silver.

I have only used this so far for my jewellery and it does work well to bring my engagement ring and earrings back to their best form. I haven’t tried for make up brushes as own a separate cleaner for those but that and the ability to clean dentures (which I don’t have) sounds very multi functional!
