These insoles fit great in my shoes they help with arch support and pain relief great quality and well made

I bought these to put in my sneakers to make me taller. They are not that comfortable. I can wear them going to a club but I couldn't wear them all day at work. Another thing is that these are bigger than some lifts so if you wear them with low rise shoes, they are going to push your foot arch right out of the shoe but if you wear them with boots or higher topped sneakers, they are perfect. Need to be taller for a wedding where you are an usher? These are what you need? I wore mine for 2 hours with no problem but I was eager to take them out afterwards. Everyone wants to be taller and this little tool really works and is comfortable enough for short periods of time - give it a try.

I find this to be very interesting. I’m usually 5’ 10” two more inches 6 feet now that’s funny. I’m comfortable with my height I just tried to you just because I was interested in the outcome. They are comfortable with not even though they’re in my shoes

Waiste of money

They don’t stay in place in all shoes. Also cause some discomfort in fore foot because of the pressure placed there by being lifts.

These insoles provide support and comfort for all-day wear, whether walking or standing. Since their arrival, I've been using them consistently. They slip easily into my sneakers and remain concealed, invisible to others. Currently, they're fitted in a pair of standard sneakers and perform admirably. I think they would be even more effective with boots. Wearing them makes me feel significantly taller, and they remain secure once the shoes are on correctly. After several weeks, they are still in excellent condition, as good as new.

I absolutely love these! They are comfortable and to top it off (no pun intended), I'm an inch taller. Now, I have misplaced them. They are somewhere in my house, and I am not happy. I'll have to tear my house apart to find them, or I suppose I can get another pair. If you're short like me, this might boost your confidence a bit. It sure did mine. Did I mention how much I love these???
