Northwest Territory Mens Terrain Lace UP Premium Leather Upper Waterproof Walking/Hiking Trekking Boot

Second pair I've purchased... Moderately large to accommodate a thick pair of walking socks... After buying Gel Insoles, these boots are equally as good as the top priced brand names, (which I've always been disappointed in, in the past). These are fantastic though. I wear them every day for walking the dog and occasional longer walks and my first pair lasted 9 months. If I'd treated them with Leather Conditioner & Waterproofer I'm sure they'd have lasted longer... Great Boots but leather boots seem to last much longer than the suede.

I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review as there seemed little point talking about boots that haven't been tested. Now, after a month of Winter weather including floods and mud, I can say that these boots have been fantastic.They have been comfortable from day one with no rubbing or blisters. plenty of give and I take them on a daily, three-mile walk across fields with no issues. I bought a pair a 1/2 size up from mine and wear medium thick woolen socks and they fit like a dream.Waterproofing is spot-on. A couple of times these boots have been plunged up to the top (sometimes over) in freezing puddles and the only place water got in was through the top, which was bound to happen. The boots themselves repel everything and are equally up there with a previous pair of boots I had where I paid twice the money.

These are good light duty walking boots, which was what I wanted. I'm too old to go on serious walks in the hills these days so I wasn't prepared to pay for high end boots. These are very comfortable, light and so far have proved waterproof. (Wales is a great place to test waterproofing). How well they would stand up to the sort of punishment I used to give my boots is hard to say but for the less arduous walking I do these days, they are perfect. Very good value for money.

The boots arrived as promised and even before I went out for the afternoon!I have worn the boots in realy heavy rain and walked in muddy fields while taking our dog out for our walk and my feet and socks have stayed dry (up to now) .I always buy uk size 8 and these boots feel slightly bigger than that so i had to use thicker socks than normal but then they fitted realy well.The ankle supports are initaly firmer than i am used too but after some more use i think they will soften off, after walking in them several times for over an hour each time and through varied ground types there is no damage to my toes or heels.So i am happy with my new boots 👍

I've had them about six weeks now with regular wear. I can't really fault them; tough, lightweight and comfortable. They took a moderate amount of wearing in, when I received them they were a little tight, slightly worryingly so in fact. I stuck with them, and they loosened up a charm, they're a great fit now. No visible signs of structural damage so far, even in the typical places like lace hooks etc.

These boots are comfy and quite strong. I got mine 6 weeks ago for walking in the mourne mountains. Unfortunately on Sunday the waterproofing completely failed. This is despite the boot not being fully submerged and me wearing gaiters and waterproof trousers.The boots took on so much water I could wring the water out of my socks. 4 days later they are still wet inside and completely stink.Now dont get me wrong, as occasional walking boots these are great but if you walk in genuinely inclement weather in areas where the boots are exposed to more water than just rain then they will not be waterproof and you will be left with very wet feet and a stinky boot.As the waterproofing failed so badly within 6 weeks Amazon agreed to refund and as I need a waterproof boot I feel these boots are mis-labelled. However, if you just need them for walking the dog on paths you should be fine and get your money worth.

Arrived quite quickly and before the quoted delivery date,beautifully presented in a nice box,these boots are quite lightweight very well made and they fitted nicely first wear, and it was as I expected having bought North West Territory boots before.They are a very good price and will give excellent service I am sure , you can buy these boots with confidence now the Winter is coming and great for Dog walking too !

Bought as a present . Can't say if waterproof or comfortabl as not used yet. Size as expected and fit ok. Thought the boots was all leather but they have a membrane in them, that maybe will let water in. Time will tell.
