Camera is very visible, display is red not blue
I bought this item to keep tabs on people entering my spare bedroom/games room.Though I have yet to use the camera function on this clock, I am already disappointed by the appearance. There are two obvious circles on the front display that indicate it is something more than just an alarm clock; Not such a 'hidden' camera after all.Also, there is a button on the remote to record a video and stop recording, but the clock must be set manually to 'on' under the back cover, otherwise the camera won't record at all.The switch to turn recording on or off is on the actual clock, not on the remote, which means you will get lots of useless clips along with one or two that you need, due to the auto record motion sensor.Pros:-clear and bright display-shows date, time and temperature-small and fairly discreet/minimal-usb 'apple' branded charging lead includedCons:-camera and sensor holes visible on front display-'cheap' feel plastic-not HD resolution-confusing set up and featuresImage is misleading.

Received and returned within 2 hours. The unit worked initially and then something must have shorted as there was a burnt smell and then it died

It works way better than I expected
It works way better than I expected! I give it 5 stars because I was a little worried I went the cheaper camera compared to similar products to choose from, but I am happy with this product & therefore saved my money. This company's customer service is outstanding too.
