UPDATE: What?! I finally got a cold sore/fever blister on the corner of my mouth and actually remembered to put this toothpaste on it to try it. I had the blister for 3 days before I remembered this...So, I put a dab on last night when I went to bed and left it all night. It is 90% GONE with no pain!!! What?? I swear this is true! I LOVE this toothpaste!Now, here is my fever blister tip: IF you put chapstick on it when you FIRST feel the soreness coming on and BEFORE you can actually see the blister, this will prevent it from coming out completely. Any chapstick type will work. It "seals" it in. I woke up with this cold sore so I did not have the opportunity to use my chapstick trick that I have been using for 30 years now.... And back to the original review below:I have been using this now for about 2 months now. At first, I thought I didn't like it, like my teeth looked dirty, like they should be MUCH whiter. I decided to keep up with it anyway. I do like the flavor, it is NOT intense, just mild, pleasant and clean. What I noticed early on is that it helps your gums. I, by accident, hurt the roof of my mouth near my gum line with my overly powerful water flosser. I've done the several times in the past.... This toothpaste healed it within 24 hours. That has never happened. The other thing I noticed is how it helped my receding gum line. It has been that way for over 8 years now....I pushed my gums up by about 3mm, exposing my roots, with a hard sonic brush years ago. My fault. For the past year I have been using Apagard Premio to help with the sensitivity on those teeth and remineralize them. That worked in a quick minute but my gums were still receded. I bought a VERY fine toothbrush for my gums (soft like a makeup brush/ 12,000 bristles) and used this toothpaste. For my teeth, I switched to the Ionpa toothbrush which does not have an overly aggressive, strong vibration. Whatever toothbrush you use, you want it to be SOFT, FINE and narrow/slender head so you don't push your gums back anymore. My gum line did not change until this toothpaste, the Iopna toothbrush, and a 12,000 bristle brush for my gums. It is like magic. The change in 1 month is incredible. I wish I had pictures. I honestly didn't expect any of this to happen though as my gums have been that way for many years. I just thought that's just the way they are now and the dentist told me they would never "grow back." Well, they did "grow back." I added this toothpaste to subscribe and save and I really do love it. It's pricey considering you can get crest or any other paste for $4. No other toothpaste has healed my gum tissue!! EVER. So this toothpaste is worth it!! My breath is MUCH fresher. In fact, most mornings, I have NO "morning breath" I still use apagard premio, I alternate. When I use the apagard, I just rub some of this toothpaste on my gumline with my finger when I'm done brushing.At first, I thought it was odd to brush and not rinse. I still do. So, I water floss first my entire tooth, every surface, one by one, then I brush. I feel like there is not much left in my mouth that is dirty anymore then I use this paste with my toothbrush.Here is my update with this paste....I missed my cleaning by almost 3 years.....my, how time flies, I knew I was late but not that late! In any event, I was in the chair for about 15 minutes and that's it. Hygienist said my teeth were pretty clean especially since I was sooooo late with my appt. I had no bleeding at all!! I used this paste for about 3 months prior to my cleaning and still continue to use it.This is the ONLY paste that I use that will make my teeth squeak when I brush them. It is not immediate and takes abut 2 minutes, but they literally squeak. I have purchased this paste on Subscribe and save and their other flavors over 6 times, swear!! Enzymes are absolutely the way to go! DO NOT WET THE BRUSH BEFORE BRUSHING! This is very important! You don't want to dilute the paste, let it work at full strength and then spit out the excess. The longer it is in contact with your teeth, the more it will remove.

I want to like it ..my teeth feel clean..just not a fan of the no ingredient list on actual product only on box and that goes in the garbage. Seems sketchy for the price.. made in tiwain..but it is a switch up from my other natural toothpaste so I rotate them.

I was struggling with my gums bleeding while I brushed my teeth for over a year. I was using Sensodyne and Parodontax all this time and there was absolutely no change with my gums bleeding. I received this toothpaste and the night I received it I brushed my teeth with it. Next morning I woke up with no bad breath at all and when I brushed my teeth there was NO BLEEDING ! For the first time in more than a year my gums didn't bleed when I brushed my teeth. I could not believe that just after ONE use of this toothpaste, my bleeding stopped. This is like a miracle in a tube. My husband started to use it too ,even though he didn't have the bleeding issue, and the next morning he asked me how come I thought to buy this toothpaste that made his morning bad breath to go away like nothing else, like no other toothpaste we used for the past 40 years! Follow the instructions on the tube, and don't use water when you brush your teeth and don't cleans your mouth with water after brushing !

I certainly expected more obviously noticeable awesomeness for a $20+ time of toothpaste

I found this wonderful toothpaste by a rather circuitous route. When i took my dog for his vet exam, the vet mentioned about brushless enzymatic toothpastes. I tried one, and the vet said, on next visit that my dog's teeth were beautiful. I wondered if the the company made a human-grade one. They did not, but the person I spoke to stated that she used the dog version. My brother and I talked about this, and he found the Intelligent brand on Amazon. We decided to give it a try. I bit my lower lip chewing, and i found that the toothpaste aided in clearing up the mouth sore in two days. I was blown away. I even put a small amount on my teeth before going to bed so that the toothpaste can work at night. It has a pleasant minty flavor. I am on my second tube, and will continue to purchase this one. it is a great product. You need to use a dry toothbrush, and don't rinse your mouth afterwards.

This toothpaste was a game changer for me. I dislike the taste of just about every other toothpaste out there, but this has a mild minty flavor that cannot be beat. It also cleans my teeth more thoroughly than other pastes and leaves them squeaky clean. Literally! (Seriously..run your index finger across your teeth when finished! Lol)The plus is that I can use this anywhere as I do not need water...in fact you are encouraged not to rinse. So for the first time in years I do not let the water flow while I brush. This toothpaste is a win for my teeth, my water bill, and the environment. Also...NO flouride. Totally worth the price tag for me.

I bought this because 5 start reviews but im very disappointed I brush my teeth and I felt like I need to do it twice I was really hoping for a. Good paste also the box has weird instructions made in Taiwan oh well lesson learned

I liked the saliva the toothpaste created. It took some time to get used to dry brushing. The only problem I had with it is my teeth did not keep their white color. I ended up using the new toothpaste in the morning and a whitener at night.
