This is a great pre workout. I got the country time lemonade flavor, and it is the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever tried. It does take quite a bit of shaking to get it fully dissolved, but it does dissolve completely without leaving a bunch of powder in the bottom. Gives great energy for a good workout. It does give me some of the itchy sensation that a lot of pre workouts cause, but it’s not as bad as some others I’ve tried. Overall, I love this pre workout and I will definitely buy it again.

Works like a charm. Ive used many different ones and tried just an energy drink but nothin gets me riled up and hyper and helps me lift like this stuff

LOVE THE TASTEMAKES SKIN ITCHY THOUGH, SO DON'T LOVE THAT, BUT OVERALL GREAT PRODUCT.HONESTLY COULD HAVE USED A SMALLER HANDLE FOR THE SCOOP, BUT IT STILL DOES IT'S JOB.

It has a good feeling and affect once you take it but I tend to have more of a sensitive stomach to some things so it makes me feel a little nauseous but if you can push past that and focus on the workout it’s good. I feel more focused and can do more reps than normal when taking it. The Beta Alaine does make you feel itchy at first but once you start working out and moving it tends to go away. I can’t really say much for the pump since I don’t notice it as often.Overall good product just the one downside for my stomach but that’s more of my problem than the pre’s fault
