For a starter,the desk-chair combo came in so well packed,with zero chance of damage during shipping.Assembly was a breeze! If you exclude opening the box and unpacking,it took 10-15 minutes to put the desk together,and although the manual is well written and illustrated,you honestly don't need it to assemble. The whole process is screwing in 16 screws and little rubber nuts with the included tool.All quality material used in the construction of the desk,none of that cheap stick on type material. Both the desk and chair are height adjustable,and what I particularly like about this design is the fact that you need to loosen the screw in order to adjust height on chair and desk,thus eliminating the possibility for kids to make a game of going up and down and shortening the life of the product in the process.Tabletop is adjustable as well to use desired angle for reading,writing,drawing or even using it as a computer,laptop desk. Bottom part(base) is equipped with a little wheel for height adjustment in case of an uneven floor,which means you don't need to use any shimming pieces to keep it even and balanced. The desktop has a decent amount or real estate to handle almost all of student's needs. Non slippery surface that is accented by a little stopper to prevent pens and pencils from rolling onto the floor. Back support for the chair is flexible and smartly designed to keep the proper sitting position. Side hanger is an excellent idea to keep the backpack next to desk and out of the way. Desktop goes up and down gently with an air spring to prevent injury and quite operation in classroom or home sittings. Easy access to storage,unlike your average student desk where all is covered and kids have to go fishing for objects blindly. When not in use, chair can be pushed inside table to save space in kids room or a school's classroom.All and all this desk-chair combo is an excellent product and highly recommended to my fellow Amazon shoppers.

We bought this for our homeschooler. It is well made and he says the chair is comfortable. Plenty of storage inside which mom loves! There is a hook for hanging a backpack or bag. He can also raise it so he can stand and still work at his height. The only funny thing, the desk opens itself if nothing is on top. It has an assist *piston* (I don’t know what it’s called) We just put a heavy book on it when we want it to stay closed at night. Someone may know how to adjust one of those, but I don’t. It’s not a big deal to us. We love the desk and could not be happier with our purchase. Shipped on time!

I bought my daughter the height adjustable desk a few years ago and it didn’t come with the light . I have looked and looked for this light to purchase ever since I bought the desk and it popped up one day so I purchased it and we my daughter and I was so excited to find it finally and we was pleasantly surprised that it arrived so quickly thank you very much for having this light in stock we love it !! Once we received it my husband couldn’t wait to plug it up and try it out to our surprise it was brighter then we thought it would be and we love how flexible it is so you can adjust it how you want it it to be which will it safer and more functional for my daughter .. It is awesome quality and we love it !! Thank you :)

This was easy to put together. Just the right size for my 5 year old grandson at the lowest level. He loves it and the desk top is nice sized, Chair is very comfortable. We look forward to many years of use.

My son loves his new desk! It’s bigger than I expected, and I can see him getting a lot of use out of it. Now that he has a more dedicated study area, he seems like he will focus more on his schoolwork. This has made homeschooling much easier for me. The lamp totally perfects the situation, and we are now ready to online school!

Not one to normally leave reviews, but these desks are very hogh quality thick steel and are very study. Only minus is the back of the chair. Its a 2 piece, and stays on only with a rubber peice that joins together. Cant tell, the tubber is thick, but seems like its the weakest part of the whole desk. Would recommend. Bought 3 for our home schoolers.

It got three stars because the desk we were sent is not what we thought we were purchasing. The schematics on the desk had two different options and unfortunately it didn't come as the one we thought it was going to.The desk was easy to put together and I do think it will work well for our son during homeschooling. I really wish we had the other one though. If we order again I will be sure to do more research beforehand.

It took about an hour to assembly but the 2 side adjustments easily loosing. I tightened all the way down but if there is an under pressure on the table it will sliding down. I have to attach sim to hold not sliding down. Not comfortable for my kid.
