I would recommend ordering 2 sizes and pick the one that fits ...
For the price, you can NOT beat this. So, I bought these and SBD elbow sleeves at the same time to compare. Guess what? I returned the SBD sleeves. Why pay double when Evolutionize offers a premium quality product for half the price? I measured for a size medium. However, I upsized to a large and prefer it over the medium. If you are in between sizes, I would recommend ordering 2 sizes and pick the one that fits the way you like. (Note: You would have return shipping deducted from your refund which was around $6)

Put simply, they work.
Evolutionize is quickly becoming my favorite company for sleeves. I have the compression cuffs which I liked at first, until I found out I was putting them in the wrong place and now I love them. Decided to get the full elbow sleeves more for pressing movements (cuffs for pulling). I've used them about six times for various workouts. Battling with golfer's elbow on pressing movements, these sleeves have helped tremendously. They keep the elbows very warm, slide on without issue (if you sized properly) and give just enough compression to keep everything tight. Where I was finding the tendon to start giving me pain towards the end of my bench or push press routines, they're much more mitigated or even non-existent after wearing these sleeves. I don't have other sleeves to compare them to, but the fact that they've actually worked says enough in my opinion. At their price point, you really can't go wrong ... they work, period. Build quality seems to be very high as well and I see them lasting quite a while. If I didn't already have SBD knee sleeves, I'd definitely pick up a set of their knee sleeves as well ... unless Evolutionize wants to send me a pair to try out to compare *wink wink**nudge nudge*. Despite them being seemingly "budget" gear, they simply work ... and that's what matters at the end of the day. When I can lift using a piece of gear pain free doing exercises that would give me pain in the past, that's all the evidence I need that the purchase was well worth it (while saving a few bucks in the process). Kudos to this company for bringing out quality stuff.

Wouldn't workout without them; size down
Update June 2019: I still like them and would recommend them but, I've started using the Grip Power Pads compression sleeves and prefer them. I think for mild tendinitis and for prevention these work but for more severe cases the compression cuffs are better.I purchased these 2 months ago and have put them through about 20 workouts. I really like them and love the support they provide. Mine are comfortable and easy to put on. They have really helped with shoulder, elbow and bicep pain form overhead presses, bench, chin ups and rows. I also have the Rehband elbow sleeves and there is no comparison; the Stoic sleeves are much better. Incidentally, I paid three times as much for the Rehbands. I've included pictures but I'm not quite sure they do the difference justice. The Stoic sleeves are substantially thicker and provide much greater support and, as a result, the Rehbands have been retired The only con I found was the sizing which seems to recommend sizes that are 1/2 to 1 size too big.

All Around Very Happy
I have been using the knee sleeves for a while and I like then much more than another brand I have. I have only used the elbow sleeves a couple times but I am very impressed already. Great fit, perfect size and nice simple packaging. Now I see they have wrist wraps and I am going to order them on Amazon tomorrow. A few days after delivery I received an email from Stoic asking if I like them and how they fit with a link to return in case I was unhappy. That was a nice personal touch. When sizing I felt like I was on the line between med and large. I got med and they fit great.

Splitting
Pretty good until it started splitting (just one of the pair). Not at a seam, its just weak neoprene or whatever holds this together. Size is appropriate, no issues easily sliding these on or off. Maybe look to a higher quality brand when paying these prices.

Happy Customer!
These are excellent! I am a very happy customer. They are my first pair of elbow sleeves that I have ever owned, or tried. So, I have no other brand to compare them to. I will say that they make my lifting more comfortable and reduce my elbow inflammation. That is why I purchased them.

This will give you the support you need.
Messed up my elbow working out but still need to push. Looked up this product and used it. It feels like I now have a spotter. Now if they would only make something for the shoulder.

Love them
I lift in an unheated garage, and I'm getting older with some slight elbow tendonitis. I've used my Revolutionize elbow sleeves two times, both in below freezing temperatures. I was able to do press and bench press with NO elbow complaints.Nice thick neoprene provides great insulation, and a little bit of a stretch reflex boost at the bottom of ROM.I enjoy these so much that I even use them during squats and deadlifts.
