Blows away those little plastic ones
This thing works great! I only have experience using a small plastic spoon like device that came with a hand mixer and that one wasn’t very good.This works great and is sturdy. It has hooks so I can place it over a container or cup to catch the egg whites.If you are baking somewhat frequently this will come in handy at some point.I bought it when making 24 servings of creme brûlée which required separating 20+ egg yolks and this worked great

Works GREAT !
I’ve always had trouble separating eggs yolks and the white. This is so easy any child can do it. Nice tool and inexpensive.

It works exactly as advertised
The look of it doesn't seem like it should but it does. The yoke goes to and stays in the center and the whites drain straight through. Cleaning it is as simple as placing it in the dish washer or however you personally hand wash other utensils.
