Shoulder strap too thin causing pain
Very good product.Only negative is the shoulder strap. It is very thin so it digs into your flesh causing pain. If it was a little bit cushioned, it would have been perfect.

I've been using it every single day from the day i received it. It is soo convenient to carry my baby with this belt, it is convenient for both mama and baby . The make of this belt is very good. It is a make have for every mom who has to carry a baby.

Not comfortable at all
This product is not comfortable at all to use for the person carrying the baby. The overhead support belt is very thin and thus causes a lot of strain to the neck when you the wearing the hippy hop. The belt should be more wide to support the weight of the baby otherwise you will end with severe neck or shoulder pain.
