this bike looks and feels great, it has enough power to get you up the hill and to feel it's dynamic acceleration, the build is excellent, feels like a tank, the assembly is straight forward if you know the basics of the bike construction you can do it without a manual in 20 minutes. the performance is great as well. overall feels way more expensive than it really is. I would definitely buy it again!

shipping this bike in this box was amazing!! well packeged and halfway already assembled. Included tools made it easy if you're a mechanical kind of person.PROS: Its small but I'm 6'4" and its just right for me, even peddling. The long seat is 100% great, UI HATE the cheap seats they put on bikes!!! The bike looks good, feels good. love the stickers especially the little decal under the seat. This is a real eye-catcher, people will notice you. Headlight, fenders, horn,tail light included AND turn signals! (not that anyone sees turn signals these days)CONS: This is a very heavy bike, you'll notice this trying to get it out of the box. It's built like a TANK!!the ride with these tires on pavement is a little rough, don't expect too much for the brakes...try them out first, learn how to use them before you get in a panic situation, I did have trouble getting the rear tire to seal, a tire shop had to assist, Customer service from the manufacturer is non existant, you must contact the seller through Amazon.My first bike was a full size 26" bike, hard to control, this is great. I highly recommend this bike, before a $1500-$200+ bike.

This is a fun bike to ride, batteries are good run time also. I like that you can turn one off and treat it like a reserve. We did have the brake handle that was damaged in shipping but contacted customer service with a picture and they have one shipping to us. The product description did state that’s it’s 1000/1500 w motor and the box says 750/1000 so that is a bit misleading. The customer service from Fanny made up for that though and compared to another friend that has the Hunter model that is the 1000w it’s not that big of difference and battery run time is better.

Bought two of these one for me, one for my girlfriend and honestly, for the price, they’re a fantastic deal. The bikes feel really sturdy and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. I’m 6’3” and she’s 5’5”, and somehow they fit both of us comfortably, which was a nice surprise.They’re not the fastest e-bikes out there, but the speed is still solid enough for cruising around town, light trails, or even some weekend fun. Between both bikes, we’ve put close to 300 miles on them and they’ve been running smooth the whole time. No issues, no weird noises, battery’s still holding up great.If you’re looking for something dependable that won’t break the bank, this one’s hard to beat.

Came ahead of schedule, had some initial issues with the battery but cycrowns customer service had a replacement to me fast. Been communicating to work (5 miles) for a couple of weeks now - bike is good quality and the battery lasts the full 10 miles at top speed all throttle, but I wouldnt try much further than that without going down on top speed. Assembly is easy enough even if the directions dont exactly match the assembly video or what's given in the kit, honestly though it isn't rocket science. It took me a couple hours alone, would have been better with two people. Other reviews talk about the mechanical brakes, they are definitely squeaky probably need a realignment but nothing major.

Fit and finish is great. Ride comfort is great. Rode it today fully charged for the first time and got 10 miles till it was down to one bar. I stayed close to home in case something went wrong. I had it on the three position and pedaled the entire time. Pedal assist works seamlessly. I live in a flat street community. I weigh 175lbs. 5'9. I don't think I will ever get more than 12-14 miles out of it. It suits my needs and for this price, I'm happy with the bike. I even ordered another one for my wife. She rode mine and loved the way it rode. I wish it had a longer range. 20 miles would be great for this bike. Understand that with no detailer to shift gears, if you run out of battery, you will be pushing this bike home. We live in the center of town and just wanted this to get to all the restaurants, visit friends and family, and leave the car at home. I I think this will fit our needs. If It had 5 more miles of range, I would give this bike 5 stars.
