This is so cute and grandsons have enjoyed, though it does have short battery life. It created a laughing excited experience with lots of energy. Very easy to control and ran up and down the wall or on the floor. No assembly required except adding batteries to the remote.

My grandson loves this Gecko! He had so much fun playing with it. For a 3 year old it was really easy for him to use. It climbs up walls and races across the floor. It was a great gift for the money. It is a little noisy from the motors running to hold the gecko to the wall. Besides that it kept him busy and he loved his gift!

First day. Bought this for my cat. After first charge I put it on the wall and it crawled around. Instantly the cat ran over and followed every movement from the floor. He wanted to eat that lizard very, very badly. The sound was relative -- he has many other electronic toys that are louder.Mine came with a remote. I popped in new Duracells and it worked perfectly. (For those who didn't receive a remote or the toy arrived broken or without a box, you probably bought yours from a Pallet Flipper. They buy pallets packed with Amazon returns then sell them. Well, these items were returned for a reason. So always buy new directly from Amazon and from the company that made the product. In this case, it was Hex Bugs. Don't buy used or from "Other Sellers." You're not saving a couple of bucks if it doesn't work or missing equipment.) ANYWAY. The first playtime was about 3 minutes. Later on, during the second, it wouldn't race up to the ceiling as fast. Later later on, during the third play, it couldn't climb up at all. Mostly sideways, down and then fall to floor. Could be my wall. It's an apartment wall painted over who knows how many times. So not completely flat. Six minutes playtime so far.Turns out it was the wall. Still on initial charge- 4th playtime - I placed it on big sliding mirror doors in bedroom. Wow. It worked amazingly well. Responded instantly to every button on the remote. Up, down, sideways, spin, all no problem. Suction was very tight. Same performance with sliding glass doors. So -- this works great on walls for about 3 minutes after charging. After that, try mirror and glass.Would definitely recommend. (I'm finding that more and more of these electronic toys that charge via USB don't last long before needing another charge. Another cat toy I just bought goes into rest mode after 10 minutes. And those dumb Robo Fish? Four minutes. They are cool though.)

There are no words to express how much my nine-year-old granddaughter and every one of her friends and classmates adores this fast-climbing lizard. Their delight is worth every cent we paid for it. It's lightning fast, responds instantly to the remote, and has proven to be very durable, no matter how many times they make it tumble to the floor. It gets our highest possible recommendation!

The best toy on the market you must buy this for your son!! It moves easily, great size and tolerates dropping from the wall without breaking! Great price!! Get this for a child age 4-7 for birthday or Christmas, they will not be disappointed!

Very noisy and drives my staffy crazy but my son loves it. This was his most requested Christmas gift this year, I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it works just as described. The price was fair and so far it's been a good addition to his favorite toys. It isnt too big so it fits in smaller sections of wall as well, a very bright green, its cute and easy to play withEven my fiance let his inner child out and played with it, the grin on his face and the giggles from my son make the noise a little less bothersome. The tail did break off relatively quickly but he still plays with it and it stills crawls the walls.
