Back of House Ltd. Metal Dredge Shaker with Handle & Stainless Steel Lid, 10 Oz. – Restaurant Quality Dispenser

I received this stainless steel shaker just before Thanksgiving. It is heavy duty with a handle that makes it easy to grasp and hold. Having arthritic hands makes it hard to grab onto some of the cooking items that I need. This shaker is being used for Kosher salt because the holes are larger than my other one. I decided to start using Kosher salt because so many of my recipes are calling for it. I am using my older one - had it for over 12 years - for pink Himalayan salt. Both salts are excellent to cook with and to enhance food. Back to the shaker. I can highly recommend it for a variety of products - especially powdered sugar to make your food appear kind of magical. Five Stars !!!

I like the size of the holes, perfect for sprinting powdered sugar. After each use, I wipe the screw top, put a piece of plastic warp over the bases and screw the top back on. I haven't had any trouble screwing on the lid. I also keep on of the ceramic 'sugar bears' in it to keep it dry. The handle make it easy to sprinkle with one hand. Very happy with it. It's sturdy

I have not tried to wash this dredge, but unsure as it could possibly rust. It seems to do the job well and so far no problems with the lid itself. It screws on and off easily. Great for dusting baked goods with flour. I like the handle really well. Seems to be fairly well made. I would be really careful cleaning the inside due to it being somewhat sharp on the edge of the container. I really like it and would buy it again.

I LOVE this shaker/dredger! After months of searching, I've finally found "The One". I am a baker, a serious baker, I need solid quality tools. Cheap, flimsy plastic tools just don't cut it. I bake at least 350 days a year, from delicate cookies, cheesecakes, all variety of breads, specialities like Cannoli, Biscotti, etc. I want the work to be as efficient as possible. Quality tools are a basic requirement. After months of buying (and returning!) too many poor quality shakers, I FINALLY landed a KEEPER! The high quality stainless, shaping of the handle, to it's generous size,...ALL FIRST CLASS! I subtracted one star for lack of a plastic cap, it's only flaw. BUY IT...YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Bought 2 fir S&P shakers. Love the smooth edges, sturdiness and shine of this brand. Cheaper ones have sharp edges. The holes are nice size so pepper can shake out well. No need for marking which is which. I’m the only one cooking, not to mention you can tell by weight.

Amazing, it has little holes in the top and when you turn it upside dow, salt magically flows out of those little holes at the top. WOW! It's SALT SHAKER. Old fashioned styling helps it fit in with our farm motif because we live on a farm , I think.

Very cheaply made. It is NOT restaurant grade material. I kept it because the price was good and wasnt worth returning. It works ok though. Just remember...it is NOT a restaurant grade or commercial grade salt shaker.

Love this Shaker with handle! I decided to put salt in it and put it with my spices. It is so easy to pick up. Stainless Steel. Durable. The handle makes it real easy to use. The salt comes out easily. I'm going to buy another one to put Pepper in it. When I am seasoning chicken or meats, this is so much easier to pick up and salt chicken and meats.

Purchased this shaker to hold flour while baking bread and to dust the board and dough.The product arrived and upon opening the package noticed a dent in the bottom. This did not present a problem as it did not alter its function or usefulness.The product looks like it will perform the work I wanted it for and have no issues at this time

This little gem sits by my new Coffee Maker to just add extra sprinkle of cinnamon to a latte!
