There were a lot of lighting kits out there and I did only try out this one. But I have no need to try others - easy to install with a good instruction manual. The lights are very bright, and because they are USB powered are versatile - I look forward to building more models with lights to set them up on a timer.

Arrived on time but unfortunately one of the LED lights did not work. Seemed to much trouble to go through all the returns procedure so settled for faulty goods

Was a gift for my grandson who lives overseas next month. I am sure he will love it but no feedback yet.

Having built the van quite quickly, the lighting kit took longer than expected to fit. The pictures in the instruction book were a bit difficult to see, but luckily there is a good video on You tube which was much better. Taking parts of the van apart after building it was a bit of a pain, and it took time to make sure every brick was secure again. Hiding the leads in the roof so they can't be seen when you look in was also difficult - you need really small fingers.
