Seconds Buttons not working and also was delivered in fossil box which was clearly openable. Colour tone was different than the picture . I had not expected such delivery from the seller of amazon as I have been a great customer who purchases luxury products

complain about wrist watch and rktrader(seller).
My second counter is not working properly. After reseting watch it sets at 56th sec. It happened 2 months after the purchase. Many times i mailed rktraders about complain, iam not getting any reply. Kindly i want replacement or repair of watch.
