Careless handling
I received a replacement product after returning the damaged one, but the new product has the lid's handle installed upside down. Very careless handling.

It is ok
The heat doesn't distribute properly. The ones in the middle burn sometimes. I leep adjusting my flame but no use. If flame is too less to save the middle circles, then the side circle done cook quicly and this whole process takes long. Looks sturdy and duarble . Just a bit of work with the heat disteibution. Have to be careful. I think its not a big deal, but it could be a big deal if u keep the food unattended while cooking.
