Tragekomfort nicht gut, der Schuh ist sehr steif

Ich kaufe eigentlich nur Lacoste Schuhe, da mich das Design anspricht.Diesen Schuh habe ich wie alle anderen bisher in 44,5 bestellt.Jedoch ist der Schuh sehr eng und steif. Er reibt an der Ferse, ich habe ihn daher kaum getragen und leider den Zeitpunkt für den Rückversand verpasst.Die Optik ist allerdings gewohnt gut.
