Art Therapy: An Inspiration Notebook (RP Minis)

I ordered one for myself a year ago and it's almost filled up with song lyrics, poems and inspirational quotes. It has been very therapeutic for me during hard times- as it's very calming to color and also go back and read over what I've written. The art is pretty and some of it is already colored in- there are many small spaces, but I have only colored a few spots here and there- using mostly gel pens which work well and don't bleed thru the paper much. Even with just coloring in a few areas on a page- it makes it so pretty (especially with glitter gel pens). I ordered two others as little gifts- because the price is so good. They have both told me they enjoy this little book and bring it along in their purse to color in while waiting at doctors offices/commutes, etc. and it has helped with their anxiety and grief.

What I like most about the journal (it's my second one) is that the writing space is just the right size for a five minute brain dump and if I don't feel like writing I can just doodle or color in the beautiful drawings. Love it.

The condition of this book was worn, despite the clean pages. I didn’t mind, but it couldn’t be a gift for someone else. The price was excellent. Still satisfied.

Very nice inspiration book with coloring pages and other things. Closes easily with an elastic wrap around the book. My daughter loves this book. Travels well.

Great for artistic journaling and coloring. Can also add small keep sakes between the pages such as flower petals, pictures, ticket stubs, etc...

I have enjoyed this Art Therapy Book because it's a journal with a small amount of art work that's doable!!It's a nice gift to give away!!

Great book with nice illustrations. Some are on colored pages, which makes the image pop. Plenty of space to write or doodle. Very happy with this purchase.

This book is very inspirational. Many of the drawings are exceptional and the journal but still allows lots of room to write.
