Sturdy Whisk
This whisk definitely takes care of the job, it makes bringing my doughs together really quick and it is much nicer looking than a regular whisk. The only thing that I don't really like about it is that it doesn't have a finish or sealant on it. If I would've realized that I would've probably gone with another product.Being what this product is being used for is dough which typically contain bacteria if you're making things like sourdough, or just the dangerous bacteria that can be found in raw flour. Wood is porous, so that is a concern of mine. I'm only taking away a star because I can seal it myself at home, but products should always be labeled if they're not. Also another issue with it being unsealed is that, it makes the dough stick extremely bad to the whisk, so that takes away from the part where it's supposed to be easy to clean.So I do recommend this product, but do yourself a favor and order a FOOD SAFE sealant at the same time.

Nice and heavy but the inside of the spoon needed sanding. Too rough to work with dough.easy to remedy but it should have been done in manufacturing
