No, the package comes with PD705 Pad and power adapter, it doesn't include drumsticks.

Hi, there is no built in speakers in PD705 sample pad, you will need to plug an amp or a set of headphones to hear the sounds.

Q: Where can i download the software?

Hi, you can download the WaveManager software from our website: www.hxw-music.com/en/ . If you have updated the firmware into V3.02, you would be able to load your own samples without the WaveManager software.
