Q: what kind of voltage and Amp for this heater?

This unit will operate from 100 to 120V and will draw between 12.5 to 14 amps of current depending on the input voltage.

Q: Can this be used outside under a awning?

Don't get it too wet the electronics inside rust I used it under my awning for over a year no problems you can point it on a angle down away from cloth the awning helps hold the heat I use two of them on a 20 amp circuit with no problem

Q: Can the bulbs be replaced after they burn out?

Yes the Bulbs can be replaced. It is a difficult process to disassemble the housing to replace the bulb and the bulbs are becoming harder and harder to find. But to answer the question yes the bulb can be replaced.

Q: is the light too bright

you can definitely see the light and don't want to stare at it but it isn't a problem for us. We have ours mounted in the eve over our deck and enjoy the warmth of it.
