They fit perfectly and truly prevent my heel from slipping out. They are very comfortable as well.
These are the best heel grips I have ever tried. The adhesion is great, and the quality is very high Not too thick and not too thin.

Don't last long
They're effective and comfortable, but they don't last very long. They turn yellow very quickly.

Es raro el material, pero confiamos
No lo estaría usando puntualmente para zapatos, lo puse en borcegos, y por lo menos me sirvió para no lastimarme.

"Gel dots" are hard and tear your skin up!
I just needed a small pad in the back of some ballet flats because they were a hair too big. I was pleased to see that the adhesive was 3M. I placed them in the shoes, and within 10 steps I could feel the hard plastic dots digging into my heels. It wouldn't take long for them to rub heels raw! I'm sure they would also tear up sheer hosiery or no-show socks. They were cheap enough That I won't even bother to return.

Failed to do the job
While very sticky, the pad adhesive did not stick firmly to the leather interior of my shoes. The pad peeled away the minute I put my foot into one shoe. While the other one stayed in place initially, when I removed my foot hours later, the pad adhesive had warmed, easily moved around, and readily peeled away from the shoe. The gel surface was not grippy enough. The pad thickness was not great enough. Perhaps I was asking too much of the pad to keep my slightly large-fitting shoe on my heel, but that was the point of the device. In any case, now that they have been in my shoe, I don't think I can/should return them. So that is $17 wasted. I feel bad that I used and lost $4 of Amazon credit points on the purchase too.
