One Plus 5 is a good product. It's working fine since I had purchased it. Camera is also awesome and it's High resolution camera. Finger Print is also in great condition and accurate. Battery is also working fine.

Respected sir ...I am ch.srinivas in vempadu.i am ordering mobile in Amazon 19 November 2022.that mobile delivery 26 November 2022 in me..return policy 7 days ..one plus mobile varenty 6 Months.i am using mobile only 45 days..my mobile is on,but display not show.than i am going to one plus service center.giving my mobile service center member.that member my mobile shown after that saying this mobile out of warrrenty.if money paid i am service this mobile.i am explain mobile warrenty given 6 months so why should I am giving money.i am calling customer care her replied go to one plus service center, service the mobile.so i am coming OnePlus sevice center.service center member told when are you buy mobile go that place,my side dnt given any respond to ur mobile..So finally what is the solution to mobile...Yours faithfullyCh.Srinivas

This phone is excellent in the performance and not have let me down in any case. The RAM operates really well and doesn't hang at all. The charging of the phone is very quick and fast.The camera is too performs really well and I was able to capture some good pics from it.Due to performance I am right now looking the same kind of phone for my father and other family members.

Don't buy this phone!- You will never get an original charger because if you notice carefully, in the description you will find a line "Accessories may be generic". I had ordered a one plus and I was given a 2A duplicate charger, when a compatible charger is of 4A dash.- The camera glass fell off within 2 mins of using.- The display is half the brightness of an original one. It's a duplicate display.- Returns are of too much hassle. You can't just return the phone right away. A person will come at your doorstep to check if the phone is really damaged. And he won't agree at all that the phone is damaged. Even if he agrees it will take 2 - 3 more days for Amazon people to approve the replacement. Replacement roughly takes minimum 10 days. Then you'll get again a damaged phone with a duplicate charger.I REPEAT. NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM THIS SELLER. NEVER EVER.

Product is good and suits to my required only little bit battery back up issue is there.

Everything is ok. But some scratches on the screen. And it does not supports 5G network. Which is the thing I dislike most.

The media could not be loaded. The product is not working. It got stuck when I was trying to do data transfer from my old phone to this one. It was difficult to do as the touch was not working. When it got hang I tried to restart it it didn’t work and went to shutting down mode and got stuck there. Even after 40 minutes there is no change/update the phone looks like dead. Complete waste of money and time. Ordered this one as I am using one plus 5 from 2017 November and the phone is my favourite one till date. But this one disappointed me. Don’t go for refurbished phones.

one ples Charger was missing, phone blutooth not not working and Camara Not clarity, Display was not proper fixing. Charging suddenly dropping few minutes. It is not worth for investing my money
