Ceating
When I received the container I was surprised to see its size, but when I opened it the powder was less than the half of the size of the container. I am sure that the weight of the powder is not more than 500gms. Yes with container it will be 1 KG. We'll come again after 1 month of use. If I find it fine than it will be good at this price tag.

waste product save your money
i purchased this product which is totally unusable and worst product i have seen in my life.i didn't help me to gain even 100 gram of weight. i regretted why i purchased this product. io just bought after reading many positive review which is now doubtful to me. in my opinion and after using it i can never ever recommend this product to buy.
