Q: Why do you have to use soy in your wraps?

I think they mean why does the company have to use soy as an ingredient. I would also like to know. It is the only ingredient that has kept me from purchasing their wraps.

Q: What are the carb counts of the carrot wraps?

3 gr. carbs. 15 calories, not from fat. 20 mg sodium.

Q: Will these hold up well to being premade a day or two, or even three in advance for grab and go lunches for the week? Or is it better only overnight?

Actually what I do is I pack all my sandwich goodies in a bag and take my Gemwrap in a separate. Once you sit down for lunch just quickly make it and boom its ready. There is no need for mayo or mustard bc of the flavor in the wrap.. unless you want it of course. I also stay away from really juicy tomatoes. Take the seeds out. Hope this helped!
