Wish I had realized it was only a cover. I purchased as a gift, and was surprised when I saw it was only the case and not a whole pillow. That was a mistake on my end, but I may not have purchased had I realized. Also there was little red specs on it. I'm not sure it that was intentional to resemble blood or not. But the person I gave it to LOVED it.
