I have received the item in a used condition..since I was outstation I couldn’t return it in time. I m sure the clock was not in working condition it was holding a damaged machine with a battery attached which is rare

I purchased 5 watches of this and all are working fine.

Product was broken

I recently purchased four units of clocks, but unfortunately, the quality has been disappointing. Although the body quality is satisfactory, the timekeeping accuracy is extremely poor.Within two weeks, one unit stopped working altogether. The remaining three units, after just three months, display inconsistent timekeeping. Specifically:- One unit is slow by 6 minutes- One unit is fast by 4 minutes- One unit is fast by 3 minutesGiven the company's previously trustworthy reputation, I'm surprised and disappointed by the subpar quality of these clock machines.After 2 years: Still Working with poor accuracy! What I am doing is correcting the time every 3-4 months :)The quartz machine used in the clock might be of poor quality, leading to instability and drift/ manufacturing deffects..

Being Ajanta a reputed manufacturer of clocks, surprised to note that even though I chose replacement of same clock against the defective product, why the supplier sends defective product again to the customer. I doubt now whether they are genuine and passed the Quality check
