Fingerprint Recognition Won't Work
Easy to install if you have steady hands and a sharp eye. No guidance or base provided to help you align the screen protector other than the circle at the top for the front camera. Once installed, you have a permanent irritating circle on your screen that's supposed to be for fingerprint recognition. Unfortunately, fingerprint recognition doesn't work even with touch sensitivity turned on. I couldn't even register my print because it won't recognize it. Would not purchase again.

Thumbprint doesn’t work
The screen protector itself is great works as intended, but they say that the thumbprint will work with this one and it doesn’t, broke the first one trying to get it to work, put on the second one made sure there was no air bubbles, and even with screen sensitivity on it still will not read it, so now all my biometrics are off on all apps and phone itself, if you rely on it to log into a bunch of apps I do not recommend.

Hard to get biometrics to work
I was happy to receive this product and it's everything that it describes but I'm having a hard time with the biometrics. I've done everything it said to eliminate the fingerprint issue but still having problems. It was a struggle to even register a new fingerprint. Hope you guys can fix the issue! I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone.

The product isn't great when trying to use face recognition or your fingerprint. The "privacy" of it is ok

Fingerprint biometrics unavailable
Installation was easy.Fingerprint biometrics does not work with this screen protector. As suggested, I removed the saved fingerprints and tried adding them after installing the protector and was unable to add fingerprints. The protector also has a circle lighter than the rest of the screen (assuming to help with the fingerprint) wouldn't be to bothered by it if it actually worked. It's a pretty thick protector and you really have to tilt the phone to have a private screen.
