Can't specifically say how much of an effect on sleep they have as I already take Magnesium Threonate (which is an excellent sleep-aid for anyone who's interested).I do find in general they help with relaxation, calm my nerves and reduce anxiety. I take them at all times of day, as & when I feel the need, usually 2 or 3 pastilles at a time. They are tasty, just a subtle blackcurrant flavour, natural and not too sweet. They are pretty tough as a lot of reviews have said but me personally I tend to just suck on them rather than chew. Good value as far as I'm concerned, you get quite a few in the tin, I'd guess 35-40 pastilles...

I don’t normally write reviews but these pastilles are a god send for anxiety. I’m on very strong antidepressants that are supposed to help anxiety and they did not however taking these pastilles has finally calmed my anxiety. My anxiety used to be so bad that my heart would be pounding 24/7 stopping me from sleeping and waking me up when I was finally getting some rest. I’d recommend these to anyone because they really do help, taste is fine as well making them very easy to take! Will be buying again, fantastic product!

Very tasty and useful product but the lid mechanism could do with improvement. A simple twist lid would be better.

A little lifesaver for my social anxietyI can’t recommend Rescue Remedy Gummies enough! I started using them to help manage my social anxiety, and they’ve made a real difference. I recently tried the Rescue Remedy Pastilles, and while they have a pleasant taste, I found them quite hard and difficult to chew. The texture could be a bit off-putting, especially if you're looking for something quick and easy to take. However, the flavor itself is okay and not overly sweet, which is nice. If you can manage the firmness, they might still be helpful in moments of stress. Overall, not the most comfortable pastilles to chew, but effective for what they aim to do.

Sleep quality:I have trouble falling asleep, these work really well. They are my product of choice to aid sleep. Smell:They smell like blackcurrant and taste fairly nice too. Size:They are a decent size but as I chew the pastille it doesn’t matter to me. Ease of use:They’re so easy to use and I take them an hour or so before bed. I buy these all the time.

Very easy to use, no side effects tin is good quality make sure to not allow to get too hot or the gummies will melt together. Not a strong smell and a yellowish colour, did not change sleep quality as I’d take them during the day
