Bought this used as I didn't want to pay full price and it's held up so far during the couple of flights I've taken! It did get a bit dirty/ scratched up but as to be expected. I think the quality is good and generally always go for Herschel products. The size was also perfect for the 3 month stay I had abroad!

DO NOT BUY THESE SUIT CASES LITERALLY JUST WENT TO USE MINE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME AND ZIPPER BROKE! $350 SUITE CASE BREAKS THE VERY FIRST USE. So disappointed.

Can fit around a 1/1.5-week’s worth of clothing/provisions (depends on the thickness of said clothing and how well you can fold them). Has a thin mesh-divider that can be zippered up, but by cannot anything that is bulky (just thin items). Both halves hold around the same capacity. The suitcase’s shell seems pretty durable. Wheels cause the suitcase to roll pretty smooth and efficient. Colour is pretty nice. Stands out admits other blue-coloured luggage. Although, I tend to prefer darker colours for my traveling paraphernalia. Good purchase when bought at a fraction of the MSRP (less than $!5O US).Happy traveling!

This was a gift for my son. He has the backpack and the 21inch and I was able to find the same color so now he has a coordinated set. Their customer service and warranty are the best.
