Waste of money
This is pretty pointless for cleaning air tube for a cpap machine. It's too big and if you do manage to shove it down the tube it's very difficult to get it out. This was a bad purchase. I should have returned it

Great for hoses/tubing.
Getting into the hoses is very difficult, but they do need to be cleaned. This brush set gets the job done by providing a brush on a flexible metal cord, so you can actually scrub inside instead of soaking them and hoping for the best. Every CPAP owner needs one of these.I didn't really use the short brush for anything since the rest of my unit detaches and is easily washable in the sink with soap and water, but the tubing has been a thorn in my side, and I'm happy to be able to clean it properly instead of having to replace it constantly. At twelve dollars, this pays for itself in the money I'm saving on equipment.

Great to ensure a clean tube
If you are noticing your cpap tubing is getting a bit... questionable? Then this is a good solution as you can scrub it well with this product. It easily slides in and out of the tubing and offers a great clean. You can roll it up after for storage.

Bristles fell out into my CPAP Tube on just the second use
I purchased this brush based on good reviews. Unfortunately, on just the second using, the plastic bristles fell out from between the twisted wire cable. I should have thrown it away immediately, but instead, I decided to use the other end of the brush for the next cleaning. Not surprising, the bristles fell out from that end too. On both occasions, many bristles stuck to the inside of my CPAP tube. I had to rinse and rinse and rinse the tube out afterward for fear I might inhale plastic bristles.
