I am writing to follow up on my second order. After my first order arrived broken and sent back, the seller promptly reached out to me. He was very pleasant and professional. He immediately offered me a gift voucher because he felt terrible. Honestly I think it was not his fault for the broken product. It could have been damaged while in transit. I was able to order a second tray and this time it came better packaged! It is a very beautiful tray. I love everything about it.....the size, shape, and color. It looks as described on the website. I will definitely get a lot of use for this tray!

I love that this tray is oval instead of the usual rectangle shape. It's very sturdy and has nice handles for carrying. It’s the perfect size for a few glasses or cups and for corralling remote controls.

I eat in the living room on a recliner after I get home from work. Used an old tray I bought at a church rummage sale for 10 years but it was falling apart and then I saw this.It's a little heavier, but I quickly got used to it. It's got rounded edges, handles and it fits a big sized plate easily.I love this tray.Probably have it for another 10 years.

Beautiful color and wood. The tray oval Shape as expected. However had slight wood crack at handle. Did not notice until a couple days later after original box thrown away. Will keep it and live with slight crack inWood. If you order be sure to examine thoroughly before tossing boxes etc.

The tray is great and looks exactly as shown. The only reason I didn’t give full points is the back of the tray which is not totally flat, so it doesn’t sit firmly on a table / counter but swings a bit. It doesn’t glide of the table but turns around by itself.

Loved the look of this tray but when I used it for a very lightweight Christmas centerpiece, the handle snapped off. Although I've had it a year, this was the first time I used it. Very pretty tray but not worth the money. Would like a replacement.

Lovely wood, nice shape and size. BUT the handles are cut out from small blocks of bamboo; they cracked, making them no longer safe for carrying our daily AM coffee treat for two. We have to hold the full tray instead.

I love that this tray is oval, lightweight yet sturdy, and fits comfortably on my lap. It easily holds a salad size plate, a side bowl, and a beverage glass, satisfying my needs for breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner. I was so happy with the size and design that I ordered 2 more to accommodate family and friends.
