It has been about 4 months since we started using this machine, and we are very happy about this purchase.We used Nutribullet for several years, and the machine still works but making griding noise due to the blade shaft / bushing gap got larger and it got some leaks, dark brown liquid leaking at shaft (I think it is melting material of the shaft bushing). I could buy a new top unit with a new blade / shaft, but I came across the vacuum blending technology and interested in the new machine. I compareted several similar machines in Amazon and this was the cheapest so I went for it. It is well considered design and fairly easy to use. FYI, we have the same recipe every morning - Kale, orange, apple, and banana + water. (We call it vegie & fruit juice but this is not a juicing process but blending, all of fibre / pulp of veggie & fruits are crashed into micro pieces.) The big difference I noticed right away at the first blending was the color of the juice. It is a beautiful bright green! Nutribullet juice is sligthly brown color. So the power of vaccum process is clear. It is very smooth to drink, too, slightly more smoothier than the Nutribulet.Pros:- Easy to use - preset Vaccum + Blend one button operation (For extra no-blade jag, it automatically senses the different jag and automatically select vaccum mode)- Easy to wash - if you like, you can disassemble blade part from the jag (we disassembgled in 2 months to see how dirty but no visible dirty stuffs in between gasket and jag mating surface)- Store extra juice by vaccum again (by the main jag with blade or the spare jag without blade) It keeps the juice fresh green for at least a day (need to put it fridge, we usually consume in one day so do not know how long it stays green)- Machine base has sucking discs and very stable on a smooht surface table- Very powerful for our blending use (we do not use hard nuts kind of ingredients so we do not know about it but good enough to make stem of kale into very small pieces that we cannot feel solid pieces in mouth.Cons:- Noisy (you have to be patience for around 1 min. for all process of vaccum and blending)- Main power switch is not on the machine (I do not see it) so we unplug it everyday.We are happy to taste real fresh juice with full of vitamine and other good stuffs in veggie and fruits.If you have been using Nutribullet or Ninja and such blending machine, you can enjoy benefit of the vaccum system.Highly recommendable!

The blender is not as powerful as Blentec or Vitamix because I actually have them. When I make smoothies, they taste smoother on this machine but you have to lower the amount of ingredients put into the blender. The blender may sometimes have chunks left over from frozen fruit and may require a second blend. For the price, I don't have any complaints for this blender because it makes really good smoothies.

Only vacuum, do not blend at all, very disappointed, I gave a star only for design, not happy, and it was my first try to make a juice, not good, and will not trust againVery limited instruction manual

I didn't even open the box. The box came up to the top of my thigh. Even if they're 6in of padding top and bottom, which I doubt, there is no way this thing will fit in my kitchen. I had a hard time deciding how many stars to give it because I didn't try it. I have a feeling it's a good one.
